About the internship
About the Internship
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our sales team focused on lead generation. Your role will involve reaching out to potential clients via outbound calls, understanding their housing needs, explaining NestAway's offerings, and nurturing qualified leads through to handover to our sales team. You will be expected to meet calling and lead generation goals regularly while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and collaborating closely with other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate qualified leads.
- Assess customer requirements and clearly communicate relevant NestAway services.
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on criteria like location, budget, and needs.
- Engage with interested prospects and advance them through the lead funnel.
- Arrange appointments such as calls, site visits, or meetings for the sales team.
- Keep lead data updated meticulously in CRM or ticketing systems.
- Address basic customer questions and objections concerning NestAway's solutions.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless lead transition.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
- Monitor lead generation effectiveness and provide insights on customer needs and market trends.
