About the Internship
This internship centers on prompt engagement with inbound queries received via calls, WhatsApp, and web forms, primarily to qualify candidates for German nursing and allied health programs. Interns will evaluate each candidate's profile for program eligibility and schedule consultations with senior counsellors. Persistent follow-up with warm leads and those who miss appointments is essential to maximize conversion. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems and trackers is critical. Interns will also aid counsellors during candidate registrations and become knowledgeable about the nursing, physiotherapy, and Ausbildung initiatives to respond confidently to initial inquiries.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
Applicants must be available for full-time in-office engagement lasting six months, starting between August 20 and September 24, 2026. Women seeking to launch or revive their careers are encouraged to apply. The candidate should be energetic and persuasive during candidate communications, fluent in both Hindi and English (spoken and written), and genuinely interested in sales or counselling careers as this internship serves as a stepping stone to a permanent position.
