The Human Resources intern will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment and hiring processes at Takkar Polychem Pvt. Ltd. Their daily activities include screening resumes, shortlisting suitable candidates, and assisting with hiring for various corporate roles such as administration, accounts, and sales. This role involves posting job advertisements on multiple hiring platforms, aiding new hires with onboarding documentation and formalities, following up on offer acceptance, joining dates, and pending paperwork. Scheduling interviews with department managers and ensuring timely communications with candidates are also key responsibilities.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available to undertake a full-time, in-office internship.
- Should be able to begin the internship between September 21, 2026, and October 26, 2026.
- Availability for the full duration of the 3-month internship is required.
- Relevant skills and a strong interest in human resources tasks are necessary.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English to communicate effectively with factory-floor personnel.
- Prior experience or exposure to blue-collar or factory recruitment processes is preferred.
- Candidates should be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
- Residents of or near Greater Noida West / Delhi-NCR region are preferred.
