About the Internship

This internship will involve managing essential HR functions. The responsibilities cover recruitment, onboarding new employees, monitoring performance with KPI metrics, maintaining employee relations, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to undertake a work-from-home internship.
• Should be ready to commence between September 4, 2026, and October 9, 2026.
• Availability for the entire 3-month internship is mandatory.
• Possession of relevant skills and interest in human resources is required.

Stipend and Perks

The stipend ranges from ₹5,200 to ₹27,000 monthly, including a fixed pay from ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 and additional incentives between ₹200 and ₹2,000 per month. Interns will also receive a certificate, letter of recommendation, and benefit from flexible working hours.
