About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in various human resources functions. The intern will be actively involved in posting job openings, screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and coordinating interview schedules. Documentation support for new hires including joining formalities, ID cards, and induction sessions will be part of the role. Maintaining and updating employee records, HR databases, and ensuring confidentiality will be essential. The intern will also contribute to organizing team-building activities, celebrations, surveys, and employee engagement initiatives.
Regular communication responding to employee questions and conveying HR policies, announcements, and updates will be required. The intern will assist in preparing basic reports and spreadsheets related to recruitment status, attendance, employee data, and turnover rates. Additionally, support in HR policy implementation and ensuring complete employee documentation will be expected.
Eligibility and Application Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship lasting three months and able to begin between August 19, 2026, and September 23, 2026. Candidates should possess relevant skills in human resources and have a keen interest in the field.
Compensation and Benefits
The stipend for this internship ranges from INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 per month. Interns will receive a certificate upon successful completion.
