About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources within a dynamic digital marketing agency focused on paid media and e-commerce growth. The intern will participate in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and policy support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance throughout the recruitment lifecycle: posting job openings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and liaising with applicants.
- Collaborate with department leaders to determine hiring demands and draft clear job descriptions accordingly.
- Contribute to cultivating a welcoming and inclusive workplace culture by supporting onboarding processes, organizing events, and conducting check-ins.
- Handle management of HR records, employee databases, and document control.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and performance assessment systems.
- Encourage a workplace environment grounded in trust, empathy, and transparent communication.
- Serve as the primary contact point for employee queries and concerns, facilitating their positive experience within the organization.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
- Must be available to work from home throughout the internship period.
- Can commence the internship between 18th September 2026 and 23rd October 2026.
- Commitment to a six-month duration.
- Possess relevant skills and demonstrate a genuine interest in HR functions.

Additional Requirements
- Availability Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- High emotional intelligence and empathy.

- Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
Remuneration and Benefits
A stipend between ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 per month will be provided. Upon successful completion, a certificate will be awarded to recognize the intern's contribution and learning.
