About the Role
This internship offers an opportunity to support various HR functions in a dynamic company dedicated to empowering youth through technology education. The intern will assist in managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting payroll and leave management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including job advertisement, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Support new hire onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Contribute to payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Help track performance appraisals and training programs.
