About the Internship
You will join Tickle Right as a Human Resources intern, gaining practical experience in a lively and fast-moving work setting. Working alongside the HR team, you will assist in supporting diverse HR functions and projects that uphold our company’s commitment to a positive and compliant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening applicants, and assisting in interview setups.
- Help organize and facilitate programs aimed at employee training and professional development.
- Maintain HR administrative operations including updating employee records, managing databases, and processing essential documentation.
- Contribute to the enforcement of HR policies and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in fostering good employee relations and proactively address workplace concerns.
- Engage in ongoing HR projects focused on enhancing operational workflows and employee satisfaction.
- Use strong communication and interpersonal tactics to effectively cooperate within the HR team.

- Must be available for full-time, on-site internship located in Mumbai.
