About the internship
About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resource management with a focus on recruitment and team coordination. Interns will contribute to shaping job descriptions, assist with onboarding new employees, and manage candidate sourcing through various digital platforms including social media and job portals. Screening applications for suitability, scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate records, and compiling recruitment reports will be essential tasks. Interns will also participate in organizing campus recruitment drives and hiring events. Additionally, responsibilities include leading teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective team communication to meet recruitment goals.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for remote work.
- Should be able to commence the internship between September 3, 2026, and October 8, 2026.
- Must commit to the full duration of 2 months.
- Possess relevant skills and interest in HR and recruitment fields.
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior internship or project experience in HR or recruitment is preferred.
- Ability to navigate and utilize social media and professional networking platforms for recruitment purposes.
- Experience in organizing or participating in campus activities is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of screening resumes and effective interviewing.
Compensation and Benefits
The stipend ranges between ₹10,000 and ₹25,000 per month, which includes a fixed pay portion of ₹5,000 and an incentive-based component from ₹5,000 up to ₹20,000 monthly. Upon successful completion, interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation.
