Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate hotel and tour reservations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct detailed comparisons of hotels, tours, and other travel-related services to meet client preferences.
- Liaise with hotels, tour operators, and suppliers to confirm availability and negotiate rates.
- Prepare and disseminate booking summaries, price quotations, and confirmation documents.
- Maintain precise booking records and manage related spreadsheets effectively.
- Follow up with vendors to resolve reservation and payment matters.
- Provide assistance to the team with client inquiries regarding bookings and travel logistics.
- Support routine daily operations of the travel services team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be female candidates only.
- Preference given to freshers or students enrolled in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant fields.
- Applicants should be residing in Delhi and available for a full-time in-office internship.
- Must be able to start between 22nd September and 27th October 2026.
