Internship Overview

Join an innovative AI startup headquartered in San Francisco focused on creating an open-source marketing system tailored for coding agents. This internship is designed for individuals who want to help expand and enhance our marketing workflows for automation. Funded by leading venture capital firms, we aim to become the core marketing infrastructure that companies use to streamline their processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new automated workflows for our marketing system, refining initial versions into reliable weekly schedules free from timing drift.
• Enhance and optimize existing workflows based on the results from real executions.
• Evaluate the outcome of each workflow run, identify weak points candidly, and rectify issues in specific steps.
• Integrate workflows with required data sources such as code repositories, Google Search Console, Stripe, analytical platforms, or customer support inboxes.
• Engage with the public project on GitHub by submitting pull requests and reviewing contributions from other users maintaining their own instances of the system.
• Approach loosely defined problems with practical solutions, delivering functional workflows while documenting decision rationale.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work remotely from home.
• Able to work during 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm Indian Standard Time (to align with company hours of 2:00 am to 10:00 am Pacific Time).
• Available to commence the internship between September 18, 2026, and October 23, 2026.
• Commitment of 1 month full duration.
• Possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in the role.

Essential Skills and Requirements

• Daily user of coding agents like Claude Code or Codex with understanding of their limitations.
• Active GitHub account showcasing publicly available projects.
• Demonstrated experience in building and shipping completed projects is valued more than formal education.
• Interest in contributing to open-source projects and comfort with having work publicly visible.
• Proficiency with Git version control and pull request workflows.
• Availability to dedicate between 20 to 40 hours weekly.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranges from USD 100 to 250.
• Flexible work hours to accommodate personal scheduling preferences.
