About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in graphic design across various media including marketing, web, UI, and branding. As an intern, you will contribute to designing clear, consistent, and brand-aligned materials such as product sheets, sales and pitch decks, brochures, social media creatives, and short animated visuals. You will support web and UI design efforts using Figma and AI design assistants to streamline ideation and prototyping. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines with organized revision processes will be essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop product documents, feature explainers, use-case sheets, and marketing brochures ready for print and PDF formats.
• Create and update sales and pitch decks along with internal presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Canva, ensuring consistent template use and effective data visualization.
• Support the website team by designing blog images, banners, infographics, custom icons, and handing off production-ready assets.
• Design logos, brand marks, and other visual identity elements while maintaining brand guidelines on color, typography, and iconography.
• Develop website themes, landing pages, UI screens, and wireframes using Figma combined with AI-powered UI tools like Google Stitch and UX Pilot.
• Produce social media graphics, campaign visuals, email banners, and event materials aligned with the marketing schedule.
• Create short motion graphics and animated explainers with Adobe After Effects for digital channels and sales.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude to accelerate creative concepting, copy layouts, and visual variations, ensuring all outputs meet brand standards.
• Maintain an organized library of templates, icons, brand assets, and source files for team reuse and updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams, managing multiple design requests and revisions within agreed timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship starting between October 6, 2026, and November 10, 2026.
• Commitment to a 6-month internship duration.
• Possession of relevant skills and enthusiasm for graphic design.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational background with a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related fields (preferred: BFA, B.Des, or Diploma in Design).
• Open to freshers or candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic, visual, or UI design preferably within B2B, SaaS, IT, or agency environments.
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating work in marketing collateral, presentation decks, web/UI design, and branding/logo creation is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills encompassing slide master editing, layout design, data visualization, and animation features.
• Familiarity with AI-supported design and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Google Stitch, and UX Pilot.
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and UI/UX basics.

Compensation and Perks

• A monthly stipend ranging between INR 10,000 to 20,000.
