Internship Overview
The Graphic Design internship offers a unique chance to work hands-on with creative and product-focused visual design projects. Interns will focus on creating original illustrations, patterns, and surface designs that enhance home décor products. This experience is well suited for individuals passionate about experimenting with various design styles and applications.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design original graphics, vector illustrations, and visual elements for creative projects.
- Develop wallpaper patterns, repeatable motifs, and surface-design artworks.
- Explore diverse visual styles, color palettes, and compositions.
- Create realistic product mockups for marketing collateral, presentations, and e-commerce.
- Edit, retouch, and manipulate images with Adobe Photoshop.
- Produce vector-based icons, patterns, and illustrations using Adobe Illustrator.
- Adapt existing artworks to multiple formats and product types.
- Conceptualize surface designs for interior materials like wallpapers, laminates, and wall panels.
- Prepare precise, production-ready design files ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with design and content teams to translate moodboards and concepts into polished visuals.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator with strong illustration and vector skills.
- Good understanding of color theory, typography, composition, pattern creation, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating seamless/repeat patterns is a plus.
- Skilled in image editing techniques including masking, retouching, and mockup development.
- Able to execute projects from references and develop original creative concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to explore varied design styles.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently and meet deadlines.
- A creative, visually curious individual who enjoys experimenting with surface designs and transforming ideas into commercial-quality visuals.
- A portfolio demonstrating skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, illustration, pattern design, surface design, or product mockups is mandatory.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore, starting between August 14, 2026, and September 18, 2026, with a commitment of three months. Relevant design skills and a keen interest in the domain are essential.
Stipend and Perks
The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000. Upon completion, interns will receive a certificate acknowledging their contribution.
