Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging digital content for platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Develop posters and promotional materials for seminars, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
• Create visuals highlighting student results and success stories.
• Produce carousels, infographics, banners, thumbnails, and varied digital assets.
• Support the marketing team with brochures, presentations, and collateral design.
• Adapt and resize creatives to suit different online platforms and formats.
• Ensure brand consistency aligned with Quest for Success’s visual identity.
• Experiment with contemporary design styles and social media trends.
• Assist with fundamental reel and video editing as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable and skilled at using Canva for creating designs.
• Possess a keen eye for clean, modern, and premium design aesthetics.
• Understand principles of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and basic branding.
• Familiar with Instagram and other prevalent social media content formats.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and open to constructive feedback.
• Able to deliver quality work efficiently without compromising design standards.
• Located in Bengaluru and available to work onsite at the Koramangala office full-time.
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, CapCut, or Premiere Pro is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Must commit to a 3-month internship duration.

Additional Details

• Monthly stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 18,000.
• Internship duration is 3 months with an immediate start.
