About the Internship

Quest for Success is seeking a Creative Writing Intern with a passion for storytelling, exemplary writing skills, and a natural creative instinct. This role focuses on partnering with high-school students who are applying to universities worldwide, helping them articulate their unique experiences and narratives through various forms of application essays.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with students to identify engaging stories, perspectives, and themes from their lives.
• Assist students in crafting compelling hooks and narrative directions.
• Develop college essays, personal statements, supplemental essays, and Statements of Purpose (SOPs).
• Refine initial ideas and first drafts into polished, structured narratives.
• Provide insightful feedback on storytelling elements, structure, voice, clarity, and flow.
• Support students in creating strong introductions and memorable conclusions.
• Edit and proofread for grammar, coherence, and readability while maintaining the student's authentic voice.
• Research specific university requirements and essay prompts to ensure alignment.
• Coordinate with university admissions counselors to complement students' overall applications.
• Manage multiple essay projects and deadlines within the university admission cycle.

• This internship is not focused on blog writing or SEO content creation but on authentic storytelling.
• Students and recent graduates from any discipline can apply; those from English Literature, Creative Writing, Liberal Arts, Journalism, Psychology, Communications, Media, or Humanities have an advantage.
• No prior experience with university admissions or SOP writing is necessary; the company will provide training on the admissions process.

Internship Details

• Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (onsite)
• Duration: 3 months
• Start Date: Immediate availability required; starts between 16th September 2026 and 21st October 2026
• Openings: 2 positions available
• Stipend: INR 15,000 to 25,000 per month
• Dress Code: Informal attire
