About the Internship
Pawzz Foundation, an innovative animal welfare organization based in Gurgaon, is dedicated to addressing animal-related concerns and fostering harmonious coexistence between humans and animals. The foundation operates an online platform empowering animal enthusiasts to volunteer, adopt pets, support campaigns, and share rescue stories, aiming to eliminate stigmas associated with animals in society.
Since the onset of COVID-19, Pawzz has played a critical role in caring for thousands of stray animals, with the assistance of over 20,000 interns who have contributed to feeding more than 350 stray dogs daily in Gurugram. They have also fundraised for numerous medical cases across Delhi-NCR and distant regions such as Varanasi, Meerut, and Tughlaqabad, areas with limited medical resources. The foundation has successfully implemented sterilization and vaccination programs to reduce human-animal conflicts and control the dog population.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fundraising campaigns to secure care for injured, abandoned, and vulnerable animals while honing skills in communication, marketing, fundraising, and community engagement.
- Participate in critical funding efforts for medical emergencies, rescue operations, and life-saving initiatives, contributing to impactful social change remotely.

Additional Requirements
- Strong passion for fundraising and community impact.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a remote team environment.
- Prior experience in fundraising or volunteering is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation and Perks
- Stipend ranging from ₹1,500 to ₹15,000 as a lump sum, comprising a fixed pay of ₹1,000-10,000 and incentive pay of ₹500-5,000.
- Flexible work hours allowing adaptable scheduling.
- Certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
