About the Internship
Join Innoknowvex as a full stack development intern working remotely on a part-time basis. This role offers hands-on experience in building and maintaining both front-end and back-end web application features with guidance from experienced developers. You'll contribute to coding, debugging, testing, and supporting UI development while collaborating with a team and learning best practices and development standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and supporting features for both front-end and back-end parts of web applications
- Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code under supervision
- Help in building user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Support server-side programming and database integration tasks
- Identify and troubleshoot bugs and perform testing to ensure application quality
- Work collaboratively with fellow developers during feature implementation
- Engage in code reviews and participate actively in team discussions and meetings
- Integrate third-party APIs and services into the platform
- Assist in managing version control with Git
- Adhere to coding standards and continuously improve coding skills

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹24,000, which includes a fixed component of ₹5,000 - ₹16,000 and performance incentives between ₹3,000 and ₹8,000
- On successful completion and conversion, a potential full-time salary package ranging ₹360,000 to ₹500,000 per annum
