Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the founder to manage daily operational activities and regularly communicate with founders of various Indian brands.
- Collaborate on enhancing sales pipelines by refining lead generation and client onboarding processes.
- Assist in recruitment activities including candidate screening and overall hiring workflow.
- Support financial operations such as accounting, invoicing, and collection efforts alongside internal and external accounting teams.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with primary client accounts through effective communication management.
- Analyze campaign data by engaging with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms to monitor and understand performance indicators.
- Facilitate coordination between internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Adapt to a varied range of duties, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-moving and growth-oriented environment.
