About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on involvement in several critical areas of a dynamic AI-powered finance startup. The intern will engage in tasks supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales, and market entry efforts. Additionally, the role involves working on strategic projects that span diverse company functions and assisting the founders in making well-informed business decisions through research and option analysis.
Other responsibilities include preparing pitch decks, proposals, and presentations, conducting customer discovery conversations, gathering and analyzing feedback to inform the product and marketing strategies, and testing the FinPera platform to suggest enhancements.
The intern will also aid in product launches, new initiatives, marketing efforts, partnership outreach, competitive and market research, running small experiments related to GTM and product strategies, and building scalable internal systems like SOPs and workflows. There is significant opportunity to contribute to partnership, investor, and ecosystem research as relevant, alongside supporting operational and financial initiatives. Embracing AI tools to improve company-wide efficiency will also be part of the role.

Remuneration and Benefits
The internship provides a monthly stipend ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹18,000. Additional benefits include a certificate upon completion, a letter of recommendation, and a 5-day work week.
