About the Internship
Join ClearTax as a Finance Intern and collaborate with seasoned professionals in a leading fintech company based in Bangalore. You will gain practical exposure to auditing, financial reporting, data handling, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems while contributing to real business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in auditing financial statements to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and stakeholder presentations.
- Analyze data and generate reports to aid business decision-making processes.
- Support the implementation and upkeep of ERP software systems.
- Work closely with colleagues to optimize financial workflows.
- Engage in meetings and training sessions aimed at skill enhancement.
- Contribute to daily financial tasks and special projects alongside the finance team.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship.
- Availability to commence the internship between 7th September 2026 and 12th October 2026.
- Minimum internship duration commitment of 3 months.
- Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in finance.
Additional Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in finance, accounting, or commerce (e.g., BCom, MCom, MBA Finance, or semi-qualified CA/ACCA).
- Strong command of MS Excel including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- High integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to perform effectively under audit deadlines.
- Preference given to candidates who can start immediately.
Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend ranging between INR 30,000 and 30,001 per month.
- A certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
