Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize documentation to ensure easy and efficient access.
- Apply problem-solving abilities to overcome operational challenges as they arise.
- Handle multiple tasks concurrently to assist various projects and daily activities.
- Create and update reports using advanced MS Excel skills.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication with team members and external partners.
- Coordinate team calendars and activities to enhance overall workflow and productivity.
