About the Internship
Join Blue Sparrow Science Party as an Event Management intern where you'll contribute to crafting memorable experiences that inspire children's creativity, curiosity, and learning through art and science-themed events. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in organizing and managing engaging events aimed at children and families. You will work closely with the team to coordinate logistics, develop plans, and help enhance event quality and reach.
Responsibilities
- Support in planning and executing themed parties and events focused on art and science for kids and their families.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless event operations.
- Prepare event timelines, budgets, and schedules utilizing MS-Excel.
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements and tailor events accordingly.
- Provide on-site assistance during events to oversee smooth proceedings.
- Help with marketing and promotional activities to attract new clientele.
- Collaborate actively with the team to innovate and improve event experiences continually.
Candidate Requirements
- A passion for event management with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Fluent communication skills in English.
- Proficient in MS-Excel for timeline and budget management.
- Preferably have a background or interest in art.
- Prior experience in event management is advantageous.
- Residency in Navi Mumbai is preferred.
- Availability for full-time, in-office internship for a 3-month period starting between September 29 and November 3, 2026.
- Candidates with no prior experience (freshers) are also welcome to apply.
Additional Details
- The internship is for three months with a monthly stipend between INR 18,000 and 20,000.
- Successful interns may receive a job offer with a starting annual salary of INR 250,000 upon conversion to permanent employee.
