About Electrine Ingenum Solutions

Electrine Ingenum Solutions Private Limited focuses on advancing India's manufacturing capabilities through technology adoption, applying global standards, and practices to assist companies across various sectors such as industrial systems, appliances, electric vehicles, and energy solutions. This small but dedicated company primarily engages in designing third-party power electronic components including DC-DC converters, power supplies, chargers, and relay boards.

Internship Overview

This internship is designed as a practical, on-the-job training program aimed at fresh graduates in Electronics Engineering (2026 B.Tech/BE pass-outs only). The purpose is to equip interns with the necessary expertise to transition into permanent roles within the company. Unlike typical internships focused on single projects, this role offers a broad exposure to power electronics device design and testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop power electronic devices such as motor controllers, power supplies, chargers, DC-DC converters, and PDUs.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and burn-in tests while monitoring heating and fine-tuning devices.
  • Engage in prototyping, simulation, wiring, and soldering tasks related to power electronics.
  • Undertake microcontroller and IoT tasks on a limited basis.
  • Independently manage and drive assigned projects.

Terms and Conditions

  • This role requires full-time, on-site commitment at the Bangalore office, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Remote or part-time work options are not available.
  • Candidates should relocate to Bangalore at their own expense or preferably already reside there.
  • Interns will receive technical guidance and mentorship but must work independently without expecting daily spoon-feeding.
  • The aim is to develop interns to a competent level leading to potential absorption as regular employees, with quarterly stipend reviews based on performance.

Who Can Apply

  • Candidates who are available full-time on-site and can start between October 5, 2026, and November 9, 2026.
  • Applicants must be Electronics Engineering students or fresh graduates from the 2026 batch.
  • Candidates should possess relevant skills and enthusiasm for power electronics.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Monthly stipend of INR 20,000 throughout the 6-month internship.
  • Upon successful conversion to a permanent role, the salary ranges between INR 280,000 and 320,000 per year.
