About the Internship

This opportunity offers hands-on experience in managing and supervising daily activities at construction sites. The intern will also be involved in evaluating material needs and interpreting AutoCAD drawings to ensure smooth workflow and project progress.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage site activities on a daily basis
• Estimate and evaluate the requirement for construction materials
• Read, analyze, and understand AutoCAD drawings for project execution

Who Can Apply

Candidates eligible to apply must meet the following criteria:

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship
• Available to start the internship between 22nd October 2026 and 26th November 2026
• Commit to a total duration of 3 months
• Possess relevant skills and interests in civil engineering

Stipend and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹12,500. Additionally, interns will receive a certificate of completion, a letter of recommendation, and potential job placement upon satisfactory performance.

• Preference will be given to candidates interested in pursuing site supervision as a long-term career
• Sajay Developers is a Mumbai-based mid-sized developer actively engaged in redevelopment projects across Bandra, Andheri, and Ghatkopar, especially in the MHADA redevelopment sector
• On successful transition to full-time employment post-internship, the expected salary range is ₹250,000 to ₹300,000 annually
