This internship at Axe Consultancy and Security Services LLC provides a hands-on opportunity to engage in various e-commerce operations remotely. As an intern, you will deepen your understanding of product management, online marketplaces, customer service, and digital sales analytics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and regularly updating product listings on different e-commerce platforms.
- Update product details including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
- Track product availability and inventory levels consistently.
- Support order processing activities such as monitoring placements, cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
- Facilitate daily operations of online stores and marketplaces.
- Conduct fundamental competitor and product research to inform strategy.
- Identify opportunities to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and collaborate for prompt resolution.
- Maintain updated e-commerce data and reports.
- Assist with monitoring sales and product performance indicators.
- Coordinate internally for product, inventory, order, and customer-related tasks.
- Ensure product information and online store data accuracy at all times.
- Perform additional tasks related to e-commerce operations as assigned.
