About the Internship
This internship opportunity offers hands-on experience in managing and optimizing e-commerce operations within the beauty and skincare industry. You will support day-to-day tasks related to product listings, pricing, inventory management, customer service coordination, and sales performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Help manage and update product details such as listings, descriptions, prices, and stock on various e-commerce platforms.
- Conduct fundamental market and competitor research to spot trends in products and pricing.
- Oversee customer orders, address customer inquiries, and manage returns and cancellations by coordinating with the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records for products and sales.
- Assist with marketing activities including promotional campaigns and special offers on e-commerce channels.
- Monitor sales metrics and compile basic performance reports using spreadsheet software.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
- Identify and recommend strategies to enhance product visibility, customer satisfaction, and online sales.
