About the Internship

This internship offers the opportunity to work at a leading global entertainment company renowned for pioneering India's first private satellite TV channel and reaching over 1.3 billion viewers worldwide across linear and digital media platforms. As an intern, you will engage in executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting customer engagement and acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enhance customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels including Email, WhatsApp, SMS, Push Notifications, and In-App messaging.
• Design and maintain automated customer journeys to elevate retention, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Perform detailed analysis of campaign performance to inform strategies that improve customer experiences and marketing effectiveness.
• Implement audience segmentation techniques to deliver tailored communications based on user behavior.
• Contribute to A/B testing efforts to refine messaging, creative content, and optimize campaign performance.
• Support the planning and oversight of performance marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and return on investment.

Who Can Apply

• Candidates must be available for a full-time, on-site internship.
• Internship must commence between September 11, 2026, and October 16, 2026.
• Applicants should commit to a 6-month duration.
• Only those residing in Mumbai are eligible to apply.
• Applicants should have relevant skills and a keen interest in digital marketing.

Compensation and Perks

• A monthly stipend of INR 12,000 will be provided.
• Interns will work five days per week under an informal dress code.
• A certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
