About the Internship

The Integral Space offers a comprehensive six-month full-time onsite internship focused on social media marketing, located in Mumbai. The Integral Space is a wellness sanctuary founded in 2013 that merges integrative medicine with compassionate service to foster balance and growth in people's lives.

Responsibilities

• Identify content ideas from sessions, workshops, practitioners, events, and everyday activities within The Integral Space.
• Create concepts, scripts, and shooting plans and autonomously bring them to life.
• Film Reels, Shorts, interviews, and supplementary video clips using a smartphone.
• Edit videos, design thumbnails, and develop basic visual materials.
• Compose captions and customize stories for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and others.
• Publish approved content while remaining updated on current trends, audio tracks, and formats.
• Engage authentically with the community via comments and direct messages.
• Monitor key metrics like watch time, retention, saves, shares, and other profile interactions to improve future content.
• Maintain strict adherence to consenting clients and participants before filming.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available for full-time in-office internship lasting six months starting between September 10, 2026, and October 24, 2026.
• Applicants need to be residents of Mumbai and have pertinent skills and enthusiasm for social media marketing.
• This opportunity is also open to women aiming to launch or re-enter their careers.

Required Abilities and Experience

• Proactive and self-driven individuals who contribute original ideas without relying on detailed task lists.
• Ability to record video content on smartphones and edit using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut.
• Applicants should provide 2-3 examples of previously created content from personal, academic, freelance, or managed social media projects.
• Comfortable working in a therapeutic and healthcare environment where prior consent for filming is mandatory.
• Suitable for college students, recent graduates, or early career content creators knowledgeable about digital content dynamics.

Additional Details

• The monthly internship stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to 20,000, combining a fixed component of INR 12,000-15,000 with incentives between INR 3,000-5,000.
• Additional benefits include a letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, an informal dress code, and complimentary snacks and beverages.
