Join Hope Behind Tails Foundation as a Data Science intern in a fully remote and part-time internship role. The foundation is a government-registered entity focused on fostering a compassionate society through impactful animal welfare initiatives. As a data science intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully towards enhancing animal adoption processes and welfare efforts, gaining hands-on experience beyond theoretical learning.
Responsibilities
- Examine datasets to uncover patterns and trends related to animal welfare and adoption statistics.
- Design and implement predictive analytics models aimed at improving adoption efficiency and success.
- Work collaboratively with diverse teams to aggregate and analyze heterogeneous data sources.
- Create informative visual reports and dashboards to present insights to stakeholders.
- Participate in the setup and analysis of experiments to validate assumptions and refine procedures.
- Continuously update knowledge of advanced data science tools and methodologies to bring innovative approaches to the foundation's projects.
- Contribute to ongoing organizational projects and initiatives focused on continuous enhancement of results.
