About the Internship
This full-time internship requires working from Times Center, FC-6, 1st Floor, Sector 16, Noida - 201301, with office hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM on a 5-day work week. The internship duration is six months with a monthly stipend of INR 10,000. Candidates must possess their own laptops to participate.
Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous Database Executive Intern specializing in Research, Data Enrichment, and Quality to compile, enhance, validate, and maintain robust databases containing company and CXO-level contact information. The primary focus includes expanding the master dataset, refining data quality, addressing client wishlist accounts, identifying key senior decision-makers, and standardizing data for campaign and event readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and construct new company and CXO contact entries utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha, and vetted sources.
- Identify senior leadership roles including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Chief AI Officers, IT Heads, Infrastructure Heads, Data/Analytics Heads, Digital Transformation Heads, and Engineering Heads.
- Create new account databases driven by client-defined parameters such as industry, location, employee count, turnover, designation, and persona targeting.
- Address client wish lists and unidentified accounts to develop complete company and contact records.
- Classify companies by sectors and sub-sectors like BFSI, Manufacturing, Pharma, FMCG, Automotive, Telecom, IT/ITES, Energy, and GCCs.
- Assemble geographic-specific databases (city, state, country) as per campaign and event necessities.
- Confirm the validity and pertinence of contact titles to client needs.
- Update company details including turnover, employee size, industry classifications, web presence, LinkedIn URLs, location, and other relevant attributes.
- Tag companies under strategic categories like MNC, GCC, ET 500, BS 1000, among others.
- Categorize technology roles covering AI, ML, Data, Analytics, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Digital Transformation, Automation, Engineering, and IT/OT functions.
- Maintain updated contact statuses such as Left Organisation, Wrong Number, Invalid, Retired, Duplicate, and Not Reachable.
- Standardize corporate naming conventions including subsidiaries, legal entities, parent organizations, and group companies.
- Identify and rectify outdated, duplicate, incomplete, irrelevant, and invalid records.
- Conduct historical data cleanup and enrich existing records.
- Carry out quality assurance before sharing databases with clients, events, or vertical teams.
- Ensure finalized databases are accurate, comprehensive, pertinent, and ready for campaigns and events.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship in Noida.
- The internship should commence between October 19, 2026, and November 23, 2026.
- Commitment to the full six-month internship period is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.
Skills and Competencies
- Proficient in online research and data mining techniques.
- Experienced with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Lusha, or comparable platforms.
- Good understanding of CXO and senior management hierarchies.
- Knowledgeable about industry sectors and corporate structures.
- Adept at identifying target client personas.
- Familiar with database hygiene, validation, and data enrichment processes.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management.
- Capable of handling large datasets efficiently.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Educational Background
Bachelor's degree holders in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, Data Management, or related disciplines are preferred. Graduates across any field are eligible.
