Overview
Iron Lady, a leader in women-focused leadership programs created by esteemed entrepreneurs and business leaders, is offering an internship opportunity in customer service/customer support. This role provides a platform to utilize your English communication skills while delivering excellent support to clients. Interns will manage client interactions, resolve issues, and contribute to creating smooth service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via telephone, email, and chat to respond to queries and solve concerns promptly.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions using MS Excel.
- Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to address and escalate complex customer challenges.
- Support the development and upkeep of customer support documentation and resources.
- Actively collect feedback from customers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Exemplify professionalism and empathy in all communications to maintain and enhance the Iron Lady brand image.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- The internship should commence between August 24, 2026, and September 28, 2026.
- Candidates should commit to the entire three-month duration of the internship.
