About The Internship
This opportunity requires working from the office located at Times Center, FC-6, 1st Floor, Sector 16, Noida - 201301. The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The internship duration is six months and candidates must have a personal laptop to participate. A monthly stipend between ₹20,000 and ₹25,000 is provided.
Role Overview
We seek a highly creative intern to join our Employer Branding & Internal Engagement Center of Excellence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of modern content trends. Responsibilities encompass transforming ideas into storyboards, producing, and editing videos and other creative campaigns. This role includes involvement in social campaigns, event coverage, and internal branding initiatives, with substantial freedom for experimentation and creative input.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, create storyboards, shoot, and edit short videos, reels, campaign content, and event recordings.
- Produce rapid-turnaround content mainly using smartphone and basic camera equipment.
- Convert campaign briefs into innovative creative concepts and content formats.
- Design supporting visual materials for campaigns, events, and internal communications.
- Explore and test storytelling techniques, trends, and formats to gauge audience engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to bring marketing campaigns and employee experiences alive both virtually and physically.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Applicants should hold a background in Mass Communication, Film, Design, NIFT, Advertising, Media, or related fields.
- Possess a strong visual aesthetic combined with a social media-savvy mindset.
- Experienced in using creative tools such as VN Video Editor, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop, or similar software.
- Exhibit creativity with the ability to work independently and execute ideas effectively.
- Be inquisitive, proactive, quick to learn, and passionate about producing quality content.
- Comfortable experimenting with new methods, adapting approaches, and troubleshooting challenges.
Portfolio
A portfolio submission is mandatory. This may include links to Instagram, Behance, Google Drive, or equivalent platforms showcasing your previous works. Preferred materials include videos you have filmed or edited, storyboards, campaign designs, or social media content, including personal or academic projects.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be local to Noida and available for full-time, in-office internship from 25th August 2026 to 29th September 2026.
- Must commit to a full 6-month internship duration.
- Should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in content creation and video production.
