Join EROEI Tech Pvt Ltd as a Content & Marketing Intern in Bangalore to gain hands-on experience in crafting engaging social media content, managing digital advertising campaigns, and optimizing marketing performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and schedule daily content for platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create a variety of social media creatives such as Reels, short videos, posts, carousels, and stories.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, scripts, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Utilize Canva and AI-based tools to enhance content creation productivity and quality.
- Conduct research on trending topics, formats, hashtags, and competitors.
- Manage and update a comprehensive monthly content calendar.
- Record and edit short-format videos using apps like CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Assist in planning and executing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign metrics including reach, engagement, clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Evaluate analytics to recommend strategies for boosting engagement and growth.
- Support SEO efforts, website content updates, blogging, and email marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, design, and internal teams to align marketing content with organizational goals.
- Maintain daily logs of marketing activities and progress reports.
- Experiment with innovative content ideas, AI tools, and growth tactics to enhance brand presence.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Bangalore.
- Internship start date between September 17, 2026 and October 22, 2026.

Additional Information
- Stipend ranges from ₹22,000 to ₹35,000 per month, combining fixed pay (₹15,000–20,000) and incentives (₹7,000–15,000).
- Successful interns may receive a job offer with an annual salary between ₹400,000 and ₹600,000.
- Work schedule: 5 days a week with an informal dress code.
