FRND App, India's leading social interaction platform with more than 10 million downloads, seeks an intern to support its international expansion by developing and managing vibrant user communities. The role focuses on fostering strong relationships among users to boost engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Establish and oversee user communities on WhatsApp and various social media channels.
- Interact with both active and inactive users to gather insights and promote participation.
- Gather user feedback, analyze common concerns, and spot opportunities to enhance the user experience.
- Design and implement strategies to maintain and increase user engagement and retention.
- Communicate user-derived insights and suggestions to Product, Growth, and Operations teams to inform improvements.

The internship is ideal for candidates who are available to work full-time onsite in Bangalore, can begin between October 12 and November 16, 2026, and commit to a three-month duration. Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills in English.

- Curious mindset with a capacity to analyze and understand user behavior patterns.
- Commitment to working onsite in Bangalore for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Compensation and Perks
This internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 along with an internship completion certificate.
