About the Internship
This role involves managing daily content that motivates users to interact with Lokips' platform. Known internally as the 'Chief Meme Officer,' the official title will be 'Content Intern,' directly reporting to the CEO. This position requires dedication seven days a week with no weekend breaks.
Daily Responsibilities
- Publish a daily piece of content such as memes, static posts, or concise captions on Lokips' social media channels.
- Create and upload four short videos or reels per week tailored for Instagram and LinkedIn; initial 20 captions will need CEO approval.
- Keep an updated content calendar detailing themes, platforms, dates, and links to posted content.
- Design memes focused on Lokips-related topics such as Web Network (e.g., “paste the reel, get the tools”), Developer Help (e.g., “stuck at 1 AM”), Corporate View, and experiences related to builder life in India.
- Repurpose successful posts across different platforms on the same day to maximize reach.
- Prepare and send a weekly update every Friday summarizing posted content, user engagement, and recommendations for future content.
Restrictions
- Avoid posting unrelated cricket, political, or news content unless specifically approved for Lokips internal usage.
- Do not engage in setting prices, media communication, or investor relations on behalf of Lokips.
- Ensure content is always logged in the calendar and refrain from using low-quality, mass-produced AI-generated content.
- Exclude logos or copyrighted imagery from other brands unless permission is granted.

Additional Requirements
- Applicants should already be actively creating and posting content, submitting 10 authentic content samples from platforms like Instagram, X, or LinkedIn; basic Canva knowledge alone is insufficient.
- Ability to write natural, conversational Hindi-English captions rather than formal corporate language.
- Proficiency in editing 15-30 second reels using a smartphone.
- Capability to work independently without daily supervision; missing two content publishing days without notice will lead to termination.
- Performance evaluation criteria include presence of a live content calendar, publishing quotas in week 1, and sustained content delivery with genuine user engagement beyond superficial views.

Stipend & Perks
The monthly stipend ranges between ₹18,000 and ₹24,000.
