iCANthink is committed to empowering children with special needs by enhancing their reading and comprehension skills, boosting cognitive abilities, and fostering independent thinking. We are currently seeking a proactive, imaginative, and social-media savvy intern to manage and expand the Instagram and YouTube presence of a young female creator with Down syndrome. Her content spans humor, vlogs, personal insights, and discussions surrounding disability, inclusion, and daily life. With promising momentum already achieved on Instagram, we aim to grow her audience further and establish her YouTube channel with engaging, consistent materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, vlogs, and longer YouTube videos.
• Discover compelling stories and key content originated from the creator's everyday experiences and personality.
• Craft effective hooks, captions, titles, thumbnails, and on-screen text to enhance viewer engagement.
• Develop simple and distinctive content series tailored for Instagram and YouTube channels.
• Maintain a regular content calendar and ensure consistent posting schedules.
• Customize content delivery to best fit different platform dynamics.
• Analyze content performance metrics to refine future video production.
• Engage professionally and sensitively with comments and messages.
• Spot relevant trends, collaboration possibilities, and growth opportunities for the creator.
• Respect and uphold the creator's authentic voice, privacy, dignity, and personal boundaries.

Work Environment Details

• This hybrid internship is situated in Gurgaon and requires in-person presence three days a week for filming and content planning, with editing tasks allowable remotely.
• Due to the personal nature of the working environment and close collaboration with the young female creator, this opportunity is exclusively open to respectful female candidates.

Applicant Submission Requirements

• Provide URLs of reels, videos, or social accounts previously created or managed by the applicant.
• Include a brief summary describing the candidate's contributions to those projects.
• Present one original content concept tailored for this creator's profile.
• List editing software or tools the candidate is proficient with.
• Selected applicants might be asked to complete a practical assignment.

Eligibility and Other Requirements

• Applicants must be available for a part-time role commencing between September 21, 2026, and October 26, 2026, with a commitment to a 3-month duration.
• Applicants should possess relevant social media marketing and content creation skills and interests.
• Women seeking to start or reboot their careers are especially encouraged to apply.
• Creative storytelling instincts, diligence, organizational skills, and consistency with deadlines are essential.
• Understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video content is required.
• Ability to shoot high-quality videos on phone devices.
• Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, or related software.
• Knowledge of hooks, pacing, thumbnails, and strategies to engage audiences effectively.
• Initiative in bringing forward fresh ideas and concepts.
• Comfortable communicating in English, emotionally mature, patient, and respectful disposition.
• Prior experience managing or contributing to social media accounts, even smaller or personal projects, is expected.

• Location: Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
• Work Setup: Hybrid—with three in-person filming days per week.
• Duration: 3 months.
• Stipend: INR 12,000 to 15,000 per month.
• Start Date: Immediate.
