Internship Overview and Responsibilities

The selected intern will contribute to daily business operations and support process execution to enhance efficiency across the organization. Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting operational metrics, managing data within internal platforms, coordinating with various stakeholders for follow-ups, spotting areas for workflow improvement, and assisting senior leadership with strategic projects.

Applicant Eligibility and Requirements

This opportunity is open only to candidates who can commit to a full-time, in-office internship starting anytime between August 13 and September 17, 2026, for a six-month duration. Applicants should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in operations.

• Availability for full-time internship at the company's office in Bangalore.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage high volumes of operational tasks.
• Adeptness at working in fast-paced, target-oriented environments.
• Previous internship or project exposure in operations, business analytics, or finance is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to the company's Chennai office as per business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 8,000 to 10,000. Additional perks include an internship completion certificate and the flexibility of an informal dress code.
