Internship Overview
Join XploreNew Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development (Sales) Intern, working primarily on our key product, SpotLet. This platform connects property owners and venue providers with individuals seeking accommodations, event spaces, or shooting locations. As an integral part of the business development team, your efforts will focus on expanding our property network by engaging property owners and guiding them through our platform’s onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with property owners using calls, WhatsApp, and other communication platforms to present SpotLet.
- Effectively communicate the platform’s business model and advantages to generate interest in listing properties suited for staycations, events, and production shoots.
- Gather property information and assist owners throughout the onboarding journey, responding to queries and understanding their needs.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to progress owners through sales and onboarding stages.
- Keep detailed records of leads, communications, follow-ups, property details, and onboarding status using CRM software or spreadsheet tools.
- Work diligently to meet daily and monthly goals related to sales, lead conversion, and property onboarding.
- Foster professional relationships with property owners, ensuring timely and satisfactory communication.
- Coordinate internally to verify properties and finalize their listings on the SpotLet platform.
- Spot opportunities to upsell eligible owners onto paid subscription plans.
- Engage in sales training, team meetings, performance evaluations, and planning sessions.
- Offer feedback and innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies, lead acquisition, and business development practices.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship.
- Should be able to commence the internship between September 15, 2026, and October 20, 2026.
- Must commit to a 3-month duration.
- Relevant skills and interests in sales, lead generation, and client management are required.

- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Access to a personal laptop and good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Comfort with outbound calling and interacting with property owners is expected.
Remuneration & Perks
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 11,000 to INR 18,000, including fixed and incentive components.
