Internship Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential business-to-business clients in targeted market segments.
• Effectively pitch MantraCare’s EAP and wellness service offerings to human resource and business executives.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals to support company revenue objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to commit to a full-time internship based onsite in Delhi.
• Availability to start between September 2, 2026, and October 7, 2026.
• Willingness to engage in a six-month internship tenure.
• Possess relevant interests and skills aligned with business development and sales functions.

Compensation and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹22,000 to ₹30,000, including a fixed component of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 plus incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹5,000.
• Receiving a certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion of the internship.
