About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in business development and sales within the insurance sector at Arham Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd. The role entails engaging potential clients, generating and qualifying leads via multiple channels, and contributing to overall business growth by connecting customers to personalized insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through phone calls, referrals, and online platforms.
• Spot new business prospects and potential customer segments.
• Engage with prospects to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate information.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to convert leads into business opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships.
• Meet assigned targets for sales and lead generation.
• Accurately maintain documentation for leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure efficient client onboarding processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai.
• Should be able to start between 29th September 2026 and 3rd November 2026.
• Commitment to a 6-month internship duration is necessary.
• Candidates must possess relevant skills and a keen interest in sales and lead generation.

Additional Details & Terms

• The internship stipend ranges from INR 10,000 to 12,000 per month.
• Candidates should be highly motivated to drive business expansion through proactive lead generation and client engagement.
