Key Responsibilities
- Identify and enroll new POSP (Point of Sales Person) partners as aligned with organizational goals.
- Present the POSP program details, onboarding procedures, and range of products to potential partners.
- Guide POSP partners through documentation, training, certifications, and activation stages.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with POSP partners.
- Promote sales of Motor, Health, and Life insurance products through the POSP network.
- Generate leads and conduct consistent follow-ups with prospective customers and partners.
- Meet targets related to onboarding, activation, and sales metrics.
- Assist POSPs in comprehending product features, sales processes, and opportunities.
- Monitor performance of POSP partners and motivate ongoing business generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding, policy issuance, and customer service.
- Maintain meticulous records and report performance updates regularly to management.

- Availability for a full-time, in-office internship spanning six months starting between October 7, 2026, and November 11, 2026.
- Relevant skills and interest in insurance sales internships.

Skill Requirements & Preferences
- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Prior exposure to POSP onboarding, insurance sales via agency/channel sales, or closely related roles is advantageous.
- Sound knowledge of Motor, Health, and/or Life insurance offerings.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Strong aptitude for building relationships and influencing partners.
- Self-driven and target-focused work ethic.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or a regional language is required.
Stipend & Perquisites
- Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,000 to INR 20,000.
- Certificate of internship completion.
- Casual/informal dress code while working onsite.
