Aaensa Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking motivated individuals to join as Business Development (Sales) interns. This role involves engaging in market research, lead generation, email marketing campaigns, and client relationship management to drive business growth. The position provides hands-on exposure in sales strategies and data analysis within a collaborative and innovative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research markets to uncover new client opportunities and business prospects.
- Design and execute lead generation and sales growth strategies.
- Manage email marketing initiatives to communicate effectively with clients and promote company offerings.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with customers and vendors through communication and negotiation.
- Work alongside the marketing team to develop persuasive sales presentations and pitches.
- Monitor sales data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for enhancement.
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts and budget plans aligned with corporate objectives.
Candidate Eligibility
- Full-time availability for the internship on-site in Gurgaon, Haryana.
- Internship start between October 14, 2026 and November 18, 2026.
- Commitment to the complete 6-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant skills such as negotiation, email marketing, lead generation, and proficiency in spoken English.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹18,000.
