Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with prospective clients through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and phone calls to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct detailed market research on global staffing agencies, consulting firms, and enterprise buyers to uncover new business opportunities and key decision-makers.
- Manage and update all lead information and communications systematically within the CRM to ensure consistent follow-ups and streamlined business development activities.
- Assist in crafting tailored sales presentations, proposal documents, and client-facing communications for diverse market segments.
- Collaborate closely with account managers and delivery teams to ensure alignment between outreach efforts, client requirements, and the availability of consultants.

Compensation and Benefits

- Possibility of a full-time job offer with an annual salary between INR 300,000 and 360,000 upon successful conversion.
