About the Internship
As a Business Development Intern at Iybee Technologies, you will engage in comprehensive sales operations aligned with the company's custom software products. Responsibilities span from prospect research to deal closure, including understanding client pain points, pitching tailored demos, and pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed research to compile a prospect list including company details, business nature, employee count, current software usage, and key decision-makers' contacts.
- Evaluate and identify highly promising units worth visiting using sources such as industrial directories and direct outreach.
- Establish communication with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to schedule meetings with owners or managers.
- Visit client facilities to connect with decision-makers and diagnose existing workflow challenges.
- Deliver product demonstrations customized to address clients' specific pain points directly from your laptop.
- Handle negotiations, address objections effectively, and pursue leads diligently until they conclude successfully or otherwise.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline and submit weekly reports covering leads generated, meetings conducted, demos performed, and deals finalized.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Must be available for a full-time, in-office internship spanning 3 months.
- Should be able to commence the internship anytime between October 22, 2026, and November 26, 2026.
- Possess relevant skills and keen interest in business development and sales.
- Open to fresh graduates seeking job experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000, composed of a fixed component (₹10,000–15,000) plus incentives (₹5,000–25,000) based on performance and closed deals.
- All travel expenses reimbursed separately, ensuring your stipend remains intact.
- Flexible working hours and a five-day workweek.
- Certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
- Opportunity for a full-time job offer with an annual salary ranging from ₹12,00,000 to ₹25,00,000 upon successful conversion based on internship performance.
