Join Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited as a Business Development Intern based in Balewadi, Maharashtra. This role offers hands-on experience in sales and client acquisition within a leading human resources company that has been operating for over 17 years across more than 25 Indian cities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze potential customer segments using online tools, databases, social media, and referrals.
- Execute lead generation activities like cold calls, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to source qualified prospects.
- Assess business needs of prospects to qualify leads and arrange meetings for the sales team.
- Keep detailed records of all client interactions and follow-ups within CRM software.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and meet monthly lead generation targets.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship in Balewadi only.
- Able to commence between August 14, 2026, and September 18, 2026.
- Committed to a 3-month internship duration.
