Internship Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and actively engage in all scheduled training sessions, including a five-day mandatory training period.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and operational model.
• Identify and generate potential customer leads and maintain them effectively.
• Educate prospective clients on the available insurance offerings, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Meet and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain and submit daily progress reports, utilizing Excel or designated reporting software.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship starting between August 14, 2026, and September 18, 2026.
• Commitment to a three-month internship duration is essential.
• Should possess relevant skills such as negotiation, lead generation, client communication, and computer literacy.
• Must demonstrate strong interest in sales and insurance domain activities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,100 to INR 10,000, including a fixed payment of INR 5,000 plus variable incentives between INR 100 and INR 5,000.
• Additional perks include an internship completion certificate, letter of recommendation, flexible working hours, and a 5-day workweek.
