About the Role
Join Tag8 as a Business Analytics Intern to contribute to data-driven insights and AI-enabled analytics within an innovative SaaS environment. You will engage with clients directly, analyse asset data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize AI-powered analytics tools to examine structured and unstructured datasets, deriving insights and automating repetitive analytical tasks.
- Communicate proactively with clients to comprehend their workflows and challenges, then translate this understanding into actionable recommendations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Tag8's technology portfolio to advise clients effectively on solutions.
- Conduct reconciliation analysis of client Fixed Asset Registers against tracked assets identifying discrepancies and assisting in root cause analyses.
- Create comprehensive and clear reports for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to relay client feedback and support solution development.
Candidate Profile
- Pursuing or recently graduated in Business Analytics, Commerce, Engineering, Data Science, IT, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience or comfort in handling large or imperfect datasets.
- Interest or knowledge in AI-based analytics technologies and methodologies.
- Effective communication skills to engage confidently with clients.
- Detail-focused and meticulous, especially in reconciliation analyses.
- Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic SaaS or startup working environment.
