Internship Overview
This role involves leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline and automate communication and operational workflows within an international logistics company. The intern will focus on managing AI-powered automation tools to enhance communication via WhatsApp and email, and improve overall process efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities
- Implement AI techniques to manage and automate communication channels such as WhatsApp and email.
- Analyze, classify, and set priorities for incoming messages and emails efficiently.
- Create AI-generated response drafts and establish rules for escalating messages when needed.
- Automate follow-up communications, reminders, and assign tasks through AI systems.
- Integrate AI-driven solutions with platforms including WhatsApp, Gmail/Outlook, Google Sheets, and other business software.
- Regularly perform testing on AI workflows to detect errors and enhance response quality.
- Design basic dashboards and reports to monitor pending communications and task progress.
- Identify additional repetitive business processes that can benefit from automation.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all workflows and procedures.
- Provide daily progress reports to management, highlighting completed tasks, challenges faced, and upcoming plans.
Candidate Eligibility and Requirements
- Applicants must be from Delhi and able to work part-time for a period of three months starting between September 7 and October 12, 2026.

- Hands-on experience with AI and automation projects is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp and Email APIs is required.
