This internship offers a hands-on role in developing AI-driven management dashboards and automating business workflows across various departments including sales, operations, finance, marketing, HR, and inventory. The intern will transform raw data from Excel or Google Sheets into insightful, decision-support dashboards. They will leverage advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, problem solving, and workflow enhancements.
Responsibilities include automating routine tasks, creating automated reporting and alerts, structuring unorganized data into databases and knowledge systems, and assisting in developing SOPs, checklists, and operational frameworks for multiple departments. The role involves deep analysis of business performance to identify key trends and anomalies rather than simple number reporting. Additionally, the intern will explore new AI technologies to find practical implementations that enhance business processes and contribute to special projects led by the Founder's Office. The ultimate goal is to help construct an AI-powered 'Control Tower' to provide comprehensive organizational insights.
