Role Summary

The Surveyor position at THRAA is a full-time onsite role located in Mecca. The incumbent will perform field surveys, precisely capturing and recording measurements, and preparing detailed survey reports to aid investment and development initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, utilizing appropriate surveying tools and techniques, accurately documenting observations, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. The role encompasses verifying site conditions, ensuring accuracy of collected data, contributing to feasibility assessments and project planning, organizing records systematically, complying with company and regulatory protocols, and supporting ongoing enhancements to survey methodologies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Competence in executing field surveys and accurately collecting precise measurements while clearly documenting site conditions.
• Familiarity with fundamental surveying instruments and equipment; knowledge of modern survey technologies and mapping software is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking, keen observation, and problem-solving ability to interpret survey data effectively supporting project decisions.
• Good communication skills with the capability to collaborate efficiently across teams including engineers and project managers.
• Excellent organizational aptitude, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Preferred possession of a technical diploma or degree in surveying, civil engineering, geomatics, or related disciplines.
• Understanding of local regulatory frameworks, standards, and safety procedures pertinent to site surveys and construction.
• Readiness to work onsite in Mecca under outdoor and variable field conditions.
